Overview
If the Final Level of the Lesser Performing Reference Asset is greater than its Initial Level, the investor will receive an amount equal to the principal amount multiplied by the product of (a) the Percentage Change of the Lesser Performing Reference Asset and (b) the Leverage Factor.
If the Final Level of the Lesser Performing Reference Asset is less than or equal to its Initial Level, but greater than or equal to its Barrier Level, the investor will receive the principal amount.
If the Final Level of the Lesser Performing Reference Asset is less than its Barrier Level, the investor will receive an amount that is less than the principal amount, and that reflects the percentage decrease in the level of the Lesser Performing Reference Asset. An investor could lose all or a substantial portion of the principal amount of the Notes.
